About Wash Werks
Wash Werks is one of the self-service car washes listed in Durham, North Carolina. The business is registered at 4437 Neal Rd, Durham, NC 27705; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In Durham, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across North Carolina, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Its Google rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 99 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Durham is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Durham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I'm going to do what the other person who said there was a leaking hose did not. It's Bay 3. Don't use bay 3 unless you want to end up soaking wet. I've been here 4xs and this was the first time I've encountered an issue.

Meh a little run now but gets the job done. Undercarriage spray doesn't work on auto wash

Love this car wash. Once the automatic wash was messed up and it took my money. Left a note in their box explaining the situation. In a week and a half i received my money back in the mail!

Waste of money and ended up soaking wet. It would be best to replace a hose like this or at least put this stall out of service. Instead, they figured some electrical tape would be sufficient for a high-pressure hose.

This place was busy busy busy! Typical self service car wash, bays were clean and everything except the final rinse worked as expected. Cost 2 dollars in quarters for a standard wash. They do have a bill changer on site. Not the easiest place to get in and out of if you have a full size vehicle or truck and it doesn't have a front entrance. You have to go down the little side road and then turn into the back of the place. Also the typical way to enter is reversed and everyone seems to use the vacuum before washing. There is nowhere to hand dry due to space limitations.
